Children In Need 

Poppy Appeal

During our annual work on Remembrance, pupils are selected to lay the school wreath at the cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday.  We host a special assembly each year and follow a minutes silence.

Thank you to everyone for their generous donations towards the poppy appeal.  Our donations are collected by the British Legion who will contact us with a final amount raised.

Harvest Collection

Thank you for your ongoing donations to our Harvest Appeal for the local Food Bank.  All of your donations have now been delivered and will go a long way to helping families in need.

Doncaster Floods

Thank you for your generous donations during the serious flooding that took place in Doncaster in 2019.  As you know, they were the worst floods seen across the South Yorkshire area since 2007, where families lost their homes and many of their belongings. Many public services – including schools –  suffered losses. It is highly likely that many of you knew someone who was personally affected or displaced by the recent events.

As our school is part of Nexus MAT and therefore connected with a wider family of schools across South Yorkshire, we asked our families to make any donation possible for the victims of these events.  We worked with the responsible local authorities and those charities supporting these communities, to pass on any donations for wider dispersal and we thank you for your generosity.
